You don't really need more of the stack trace, below is the fix we applied for the AMPXF add-on You should be able to do the same for vw

Thanks. I'm not sure how using addClassExtension actually creates a problem here, unless another add-on is calling the templater before/during app_setup which is also problematic. But we can certainly change this code pattern to avoid addClassExtension everywhere we do use it. It's similar to how we resolved the problem in wiki entities on XF 2.1 vs 2.2.
