Not possible to add page description for attachment when creating new from wiki attachment tag dialog

When using the "wiki attachment tag" to create a new attachment, it would be good to also be allowed to write a short description text that will show on the attachment page itself..

Now we have to open the attachment page afterwards to edit it and add the description..
