      Article List Availability

The article list is completely rewritten. Rather than storing the entire list in memory on each page load, the list is stored in a database table, and portions of the list are fetched as needed. In the past we tried to eliminate database queries entirely, but wikis with thousands of articles might have started to see a negative impact on performance, or sites with memory limits may have had problems. This new kind of list makes it possible to SEO URLs even further using - instead of +, while still being able to differentiate - from a space.

Had to change the way the current language is handled, as the tools for multiple languages aren't present yet.
