Allow categories to render in header section

It would be nice if we had the option to render the categories a page is in in the header, instead of the footer. (Or possibly both, if made as an option?)

Please provide a little clarity on what you mean by this... Do you mean: Underneath the tabs? Above the tabs like where tags are? Simply before the text rather than after it? Somewhere else?

Bascially where the tags are, or maybe at the very top of wiki content
