It looks like this occurs when you react to an edit on a page's history tab. Please let me know if this sufficiently resolves the error for you. In src/addons/vw/vw/Handler/Reaction/Revision.php, find:

Hello -- this edit seems to have solved the issue. I will let you know if it crops up again, but so far so good. Sorry for the delay, as I was traveling and only just made the fix.

I haven't had this issue anymore, but after inserting the code (and later doing an "overwrite" update to the files to 4.1.4 PL1), I have had this issue every single day, per below. Is there any way to remedy this so that the file is not triggering the "Unexpected Content" flag when the system does a self-check?
