VW Keeps Shutting Itself Off

VW keeps shutting itself off on my forum. It defaults to no (and resets to no when I say “yes” on is your wiki active).

I am not sure of the build, but I know it’s older.

Is this because I need an update or updated license?

If it's older, I would advise you to update to the newest one. Newer builds usually have error text and remedy options when that occurs. Also due to the sheer number of changes in the code base over time, we are only able to provide support for versions whose first build was released within the past year. At this time that is 4.1.2 and later.
