Issue: Widget definition: Wiki article list

I would like to have a full width XF Widget to display on a widget page. i.e. so we can add it to a xf node page or anywhere else in XF.

I would like the following Widget Definitions:
- Featured Wiki Articles
- Latest Wiki Articles
- Featured Books
- Latest Discussion replies

The following options would be handy:
- Sort order
- Number of articles to display
- Display style: Simple (sidebar), carousel, list view, tile view.
- Preview snippet length.

Having widget definitions for this would allow us to expose wiki content throughout XF.
I think these are very important. Pretty much any major addon has such widget definitions.
