      Categories not working for Moderator
      When adding a moderator adds a new category, the category isn't created properly

      When adding a moderator adds a new category, the category isn't created properly.

      It seems that when this moderator on my forum (who doesn't have the moderator rights of the forum for the category namespace, but has permission to post, edit, etc.) edited two articles to contain a new category, the category articles were created by the system, but as blank. They contained no text, no information.

      The two new articles were identically named.

      When I then examined one of the articles and edited the category, (temporarily creating a new one), the new category was created, and a third article of the original category. When I then attempt to access any of the three articles listing the category, it correctly takes me to the category which now has all the details of articles that contain that category.

      So, the problem is two fold, it doesn't create the articles right for this moderator, and then corrects it when I edit one of those articles as an admin.

      I hope that makes some sense. I left all the articles in place on the site so you can have a look if you wish.

      PS the articles edited were from a created namespace (Reviews).

      This is a known issue that has been eluding me and giving me spontaneously exploding head syndrome for months. This is not an issue related to categories, nor is it related to the user that performs the action.

      In vault/special_plugins_bbcode.php, find:
      Code:
      			$threadinfo['firstpostid'] != $post['postid'] AND
      			$threadinfo['threadid'] != 'error'
      Add after:
      Code:
       AND
      			!$GLOBALS['vault']->misc['creating_article']
