Recent Activity does not display to which page the comment was posted

When I post a comment to an article the XF recent activity page displays:

Today at 1:10 AM

All essential information is missing

Fixed for comments and discussions in the next release. The issue affected both XenForo 1.x and 2.x.

Also fixed (only XenForo 1.x affected):
- Recent activity for synonyms: target name was unphrased
- Recent activity for edits: edit of a 'page edit' rather than 'page'
