Human Verification for Guest Edits

Currently, if a guest posts an article, they are required to verify they are human. However, if a guest tries to edit an existing article, their edit goes right through. Granted, we can turn on moderation for guest edits, but there would still be many fewer spam edits to sift through if they had to verify.
