AJAX tab Unknown WOL

When viewing a tab via AJAX, your WOL is "Unknown". The session data for "inwiki" was only saved at global_complete (presumedly for memory efficiency compared to creating 1 more plugin), when it in fact needed to be saved every time the session shutdown query was.

Fixed for the next build. Moved part of the global_complete plugin to global_shutdown.
