Compress Revisions

Since the revision table is going to become one of the most full tables, compressing the pagetext column to save space might be worthwhile.

Added for 2.5. Not only does this save on space, but it also appears to have a drastic lowering effect on some history and special pages that list multiple revisions.

Added a field to tell VaultWiki that the revision is actually compressed. This way, if gzip support is enabled or disabled since the revision is saved, VaultWiki will know whether or not it's possible to view the revision. This way, you can't approve or rollback to a revision that can't be used.
