Attachment upload fails with JS error in consol

First though it was related to nginx pagespeed. But after I disabled that for /wiki* endpoint it still doesn't work.
(Also: It worked fine on RC2)

Your style templates vw_creator_attach or vw_editor_attach may be outdated due to custom edits. Due to changes in the HTML of those templates that is required for the Javascript to work properly, you would have to merge or revert those templates.

More info: This error happens directly after selecting e.g. image to upload.

I checked out your site, and confirmed by checking the download contents this site had given you.

Apparently when downloading VaultWiki from this site, our site did not put the js/vw/vw/min folder in the ZIP. This means that when using your site with minified Javascripts turned on, none of the minified scripts from the last version were overwritten. So you are currently running VaultWiki 4.1.0 RC 3 with Javascript from 4.1.0 RC 2 (or lower, depending how long this problem has been there).

We have fixed the problem with our website that was not including the minified Javascript files. Please download another copy of the ZIP and reupload the /js folder to your site. You may need to clear your browser cache after doing so.
