Fatal Error when clicking Attachment rules under Content

When clicking attachment rules under Content in the Wiki sub-category in the ACP an error occurs.

Whenever clicking on "attachment rules" under the content sub-section of the wiki sub-category in the sidebar of the ACP it loads a blank white page. The XenForo error logs reveal more.

Here is the error:

There isn't much in the way of a strack trace:

This issue is reliably reproducible.

Fixed in the next build. In src/addons/vw/vw/_core/view/cp/attach/vw.php, find:
