[toc] just adds another TOC, is this expected behaviour?

I expected adding a to force the toc to where I place it.

Instead it adds another one.

This seems...wrong?

This is the correct behavior. To get rid of the original TOC, you need to use the NO parameter. See: https://www.vaultwiki.org/pages/Spec...kiCodeList#toc
