Alright it seems to have upgraded now but it generated one error and took nearly ten minutes which doesn't seem right.

It would take a long time if your XenForo 2 has fullUnicode active in the config file. Beta 4 has improved support for that config option but it involved changes to almost all database tables.

The side effects of the 'name' error will be fixed by the upgrade script for the next version.
