Vault Wiki table has a MySQL warning message

The table vault_category uses an index structure that annoys MySQL

I doubt this is really a bug and I don't know why MySQL complains about it. However, I noticed this note on the vault_category table.

Code:

UNIQUE and INDEX keys should not both be set for column `categoryid`

The category table actually has 3 unneeded indexes. I'll flag this for the next build.
