[4.1 Beta 3] XF1.x admin_navigation_vw phrase missing when VW Routes addon is uninstalled

In issue 5701 it was suggested that the XF1.x VW Routes addon could be removed at any time after initial installation:

I've done just this on an XF1.5 test site running 4.1 Beta 3 b002. As insignificant as it is, this removes the phrase that is used for the admin cp "Wiki" navigation tab. Comparing the phrase xml files for 4.0.27 and 4.1 Beta 3 b002 at _install/lib/db/xml/language/xf.xml, the 4.0 branch shouldn't be affected based on the very first phrase:
      Code:
      phrase title="admin_navigation_vw" version_id="19" version_string="4.0.0 RC 5"><![CDATA[Wiki]]></phrase>
I assume that most people who install the XF1.x version of VaultWiki 4.1 do so as a short-term stepping stone to XF2.x, but I thought I'd mention this anyway.

I believe this occurred due to case-sensitivity of the installer class names, resulting in the class responsible for moving the stub-phrases from not being recognized.

The case of the respective class has been updated, and the upgrade log for it reset, in the next build. Starting in the next build, the phrases should be successfully moved to the main VaultWiki add-on during the main add-on's installation or its next full upgrade (to 4.1.0 Beta 3 or later). Thereafter, the navigation phrase would not be removed by uninstalling the stub.

Any currently affected installations, or any installation that runs the next build but uninstalls the stub before the phrases can be moved, would be automatically fixed at the next VaultWiki upgrade anyway. You could also re-install the phrases manually by using the "Run Upgrade Script" option even while you are already running the latest release.
