[4.1 Beta 3] Area creation: <Username> created a new Area <Area name> in <Area name>

News feed items for the creation of a new area repeats the area name.

For example, if a new area is called "Templates", then the news feed item will read as follows:
ACL created a new area Templates in Templates.

The phrase in question is vw_news_feed_page:

Code:

{1} created a new {2} <a href="{3}">{4}</a> in <a href="{5}">{6}</a>.

For area creation, perhaps {5} and {6} variables could use the parent area's values? Or use another phrase (e.g. vw_news_feed_area) with the extra {5} and {6} variables ignored. Something like:

Code:

{1} created a new Area <a href="{3}">{4}</a>.
