Articles consistently going into approval queue

      https://chroniclesrp.net/Folklore/Kishou?do=history

I can't work out why pages are now going into the approval queue frequently. They're being approved as they come.

I see nothing in the spam log.

      Users have permission
Are new wiki pages NOT moderated?
Are edits to wiki pages NOT moderated?

      Both set to yes.

The approval is also NOT appearing in my moderator log.

Next time this occurs on your site, please PM me so I can look at the entry before you approve it. It is easier to guess the reason before it gets approved.

Note that even though your permissions allow this content without moderator approval and you have nothing in the spam-trigger log, it is still possible to get already existing content to need approval in the following ways:
      - A moderator has decided the content needs review, and sends it back to the approval queue.
      - A rollback or a purge of the current edit occurs, and the only remaining edits were soft-deleted or rejected. A moderator needs to review the content now.

Outside of permissions or a spam detection, any other reason for content appearing in the queue could be a bug; however, the reason can vary widely depending on the content.

Confirmed that there is currently no integration with XF2's moderator log, which makes this harder to diagnose.

      Will do.

If I have akismet configured would wiki content be sent to spam checks but then not generate a log in the spam log section of the admin CP?

From what I can tell, the spam check logs are generic for all content types, so there is no special handling necessary to be able to view entries for different content types. Also, it looks like a spam trigger on wiki content results in the offending content being rejected, so it wouldn't explain any approval queue entries.

Added integration with the XF and XF2 moderator logs in the next release. Additionally added a similar log for vBulletin, although it is database-only (no viewable interface).

The following actions are now logged:
      - Approve/Deny/Unapprove
      - Soft-Delete/Hard-Delete/Un-Delete
      - Disallow title while deleting
      - Delete pages from a node
      - Move to another area
      - Remove all subscriptions
      - Import thread to wiki
      - Change protection options
      - Added custom protect rules for user
      - Removed custom protect rules for user

These actions are logged regardless whether the user performing it was actually a moderator.
Anything which is normally logged in a page's history is not included in the moderator log.

If anything, having moderator log support should make it easier to diagnose certain problems, due to having a record of when some actions were performed.

      Marking this as fixed.

That's awesome thank you. Can it be integrated into spam trigger log?
I've disabled akismet as it was causing too many false positives and I suspect it was catching roleplay character pages as spam
