I cannot reproduce this problem in build 002 when I run the spam cleaner. If you have an opcode cache (such as PHP's built-in Zend Opcache), you may need to reset it.

On closer inspection, I see that the site in this trace is still running build 001. It looks like the build 002 files for XenForo 2 are not present at this location. However, it looks like the build 002 files for XenForo 1 were uploaded. Please make sure you download/upload the correct packages for your site.

Proper software has been installed (4.1 Beta 3 Build 1) and th issue seems to be resolved.
