[4.1 Beta 1] Create new page: [file] overlay file browser slow to load, in XF: does not trigger progress bar indicator

The VaultWiki XF and vB4 demos are a little slow with loading the "File browser" overlay. It takes around 3 to 4 seconds for the overlay to appear.

File browser also does not trigger XenForo's progress bar indicator. This leaves an initial impression that the site did not register the click event.

If it isn't possible or practical to speed this up, then I suggest that the "File browser" overlay should begin with placeholder text that can be replaced with the real contents once available. XenForo uses this approach with user profile tab panes "Recent activity", "Postings", "About". These panes have placeholder "Loading..." text.

It is not practical to speed this up much without front-loading a bunch of Javascript we don't usually need. In general it should be possible to load the scripts from the browser cache (instant) or CDN (somewhat fast).

However, while the overlay is loading, it is reasonable to expect that XenForo's indicator would be visible. This has been added for all relevant AJAX actions in VaultWiki beginning with Beta 3. Some actions are generally fast anyway so the indicator is not even noticeable; however, if a specific action does not bring up the indicator where it would make sense, it can be treated as a new bug report beginning with Beta 3.
