[4.1.0 Beta 1 Build 001] Categories Problem

Unable to Create or Select any categories

I had this problem BEFORE I updated to the Beta 1 build and it persists AFTER I have updated.

I create/Save something under Categories and it just disappears. The Categories also stays at 'none' even if I write something in and save it.

I don't get an error and I do see a pop-up message saying it is updating/saving categories.

Previous Access is still active if you want to look.
