Unable to report wiki content due to fatal error with vw_DM_Report_Controller::notify_moderators() (vBulletin version)

Fatal error: Access level to vw_DM_Report_Controller::notify_moderators() must be public (as in class vw_DM_Base_Controller) in vault/core/controller/dm/report/vw.php on line 10
