Issue: [4.1 Alpha 3] Admin cp: XF2.1 bbcode button manager wiki content toolbars cannot be reset (Sub-option(s) are unknown)

For XenForo 2.1 with VaultWiki Alpha 3 build002 installed (local development site), I am not able to reset the button configuration for Large, Medium, Small or Extra small toolbars (Wiki content).

An error is returned for each of the toolbars (one at a time):
The following sub-option(s) are unknown: wikiButtons (Large toolbar)
The following sub-option(s) are unknown: wikiButtonsMD (Medium toolbar).
The following sub-option(s) are unknown: wikiButtonsSM (Small toolbar).
The following sub-option(s) are unknown: wikiButtonsXS (Extra small toolbar).


The reason for attempting to reset the toolbars at all is that after changing some of the wiki buttons to FA icons, they are not showing up in the public editor (but are showing in the admin cp bbcode button manager). Reflist was left as an image and this remains visible. Headline I tried changing back to an image but this doesn't make it visible again. So I don't know if this itself is a bug or not right now.
