Problems after purchasing (renewing) license

site problems after purchasing (renewing) license

I just renewed license for one more year and paid with PayPal. After purchasing on PayPal site, after confirming purchase, when returning here I received this error message:

I still got PM about renewal, PayPal has purchase info, and I see license is renewed for one more year in system, but this can be very confusing. I needed to check all that info if everything went fine (PayPal, license...).
