      Link Cache Performance

      Speed of the post-save link cache can be vastly improved by making the following changes:
      • Only use the standard BB-Code Parser (unless legacy code is enabled, then skip unnecessary cycles).
      • Remove all non-wiki-link tags from the tag list.

      It was not possible to simply NOT use the Wiki Code Parser, but if legacy code is disabled, and several important codes don't appear to be present (redirect, template, among others), the BB-Code Parser will be used instead.

      All the extra tags were also removed. Users can add their own back by using
      Code:
      $vault->parser['wiki_code_links'][] = 'tag'
      Changed for the next build.
