[4.1 Alpha 1] Special:RecentChanges: Revision title is blank for Index Wiki

In Special:RecentChanges, revisions relating to the main/index wiki page have a blank title.

XenForo's What's new: Latest activity section correctly shows the page title, e.g. ACL edited the Index Wiki 4 times.
