Friendly Wiki URLs

If i want to use Friendly Wiki URLs

from index.php?wiki-route/&title=Prefix:Article

to /wiki-route/Prefix:Article, links not working anymore...

mod-rewrite is enabled, working for the rest of the XF-Installation...

What can be the problem?

After using Rebuild Content URLs, the new URLs work. Rebuild Content URLs is necessary on build 001 due to a different bug fixed in build 002.

Even in build 002 though, the old URLs do not redirect to the new ones. Instead, they show the wiki index. This will be fixed in the next build (3).
