Google Crawl anomaly: Attachment Pages without attachment

Google Search Index Coverage reports Attachment pages which do not have attachments. The error is: 'Crawl anomaly'
The attachment page has no file and there is either a bug at play or the page has no value and should be removed.
I have sent you some examples.

After reviewing your installation, this is functioning normally. The attachment-page will appear to have no file if the Attachment wiki-content-type is disabled, as this effectively converts the attachment-page to a regular-page (with limited functionality). Your Attachment wiki-content-type is currently disabled automatically due to your current server configuration having support turned off. See your admin.php?wiki/types page for more information.

I should note also that the attachment pages you provided as examples are "noindex" so I don't know why Google's Search Index is even analyzing them.

Since Google is ignoring the "noindex" tag (and Google's ignoring of this tag is related to a lot of your SEO troubles), I reviewed Google's docs about "noindex": https://support.google.com/webmaster...er/93710?hl=en
The very first warning on that doc states that an error in a robots.txt file will cause Googlebot to "not see" the "noindex".
You can use this tool to check for errors: https://www.google.com/webmasters/to...s-testing-tool
Please use one of the problematic image pages in the tester and send me the output.

There are no errors in robots.txt
The problematic attachment pages are not blocked / not giving problems by robots.txt

However, guests have no permission to view attachments which may be related. I'm not sure why Google is trying to index pages which have no permission anymore. (they did in the past) It does make sense to me that Google indexed these pages in the past, even with the noindex tag. The purpose is most likely not to index those pages, but to evaluate those for relevance.

I have asked the host to enable fileinfo.
