Display history details on recent activity (profile)

We should be able to easily see the recent activity of a user by looking at their profile. Currently it only displays what page was edited but not the history details. i.e. added 2500 characters, etc.

We need this information to track team collaboration.

Perhaps this could tie in with an overhaul to how wiki edits show in XF1's "Recent activity" (and XF2's "What's new")?

In XenForo (1.x), tweaks to anything but the first sentence or paragraph of a wiki page results in a lot of repeated info at a page level rather than showing anything related to the change/edit. It would be cool if when pushing out a news_feed item VaultWiki could at least include a snippet of either a paragraph containing the earliest edit on the page or the first paragraph for the earliest heading section that has been edited.

I've attached two images... the first depicting the current behaviour, and another showing a mock up for what I think would enhance VaultWiki's presence in recent activity.
