      Uploading of Attachments doesn't work
      After clicking on upload attachment, error message : That file has not been uploaded yet.

      This Addon drives me realy crazy. it looks nice and has many features, but to get it correct to work is a hard pain in the ass

      First things first , because that is much more important :
      If u change any settings in the admin area of the wiki, wiki goes automatically offline . Thats because of the error that i have postet here :
      https://www.vaultwiki.org/issues/5353/ but this ist marked as fixed, but it is not fixed

      So the next problem i found is the Attachment system in the wiki. All filesettings for size and so on, are already setup , but if you click on upload a file , (or in the page itself see attachment)

      and if u chose a file fill out the needed info for the "page" and click on safe you see the following :
      Errors
      There were some problems with your submission:

      That file has not been uploaded yet.

      Hmm, whats going on here ? File Storagetype for the wiki is database, because i can't change that to the filesystem , becaus of the settings errors that i postet at start of this post.

      While I know that Pegasus will fix this issue soon: Have you considered to just not use the wiki attachment system? We are mainly using XenForo Media Gallery embeds. Our members cant work with the wiki attachment system.

      Well, i'm on a Vbulletin Styled Forum not Xenforo. Yes i know, pegasus works as hard as he can on this addon. And it's a little bit tricky to managed one AddonCode for 3 or more Forumsoftwares.
      This is really a tough test for him.
      But IMHO : He will manage this .

      "The file has not been uploaded yet" will occur if you submit a new-attachment form without selecting a file to upload, or if the upload failed and you tried to submit anyway.

      Due to a bug in the February patches for vBulletin, all new attachments might fail to upload. In vault/core/controller/dm/vb3.php, find:
      Code:
      $this->instance->set_rinfo($name, $value, $doverify);
      Replace with:
      Code:
      $this->instance->setr_info($name, $value, $doverify);
      This fixed the problem on my installation. The fix will be added to the next build, and the February patches will be updated as well.

      A similar issue will occur when in the full editor for a new/existing attachment and using File Browser new-attachment option from that context, as a conflict occurs between the two uploaders that are open at the same time. This issue will probably be addressed in the next release.
