Can't do /wiki

By following the directions for configuring HTACCESS, it is impossible for a board whose Board URL is defined with something like /forums to have a /wiki - it can only be /forums/wiki.

The only way to accomplish this with any degree of certainty would be to add another setting for Wiki Base URL.

"Fixed" for the next build.

Created the additional setting, so wiki URLs are not formed with "bburl" but with "vault_bburl". By setting the "vault_bburl" to http://www.yoursite.com, rather than the "bburl" http://www.yoursite.com/forums, you will then have a http://www.yoursite.com/wiki URL.
