Easily add categories

Please consider to make it easier to add categories to a page without going to the edit page.
Similar to how tags work it would be nice to add a category right on the page.
Alternatively a option similar to manage synonyms would be nice.

This is implemented in 4.1.x. You can update the categories using the "Edit Categories" link in the category-box on the page view, which opens an overlay containing the category chooser you know from the Edit tab.

Call-to-action buttons have also been added to the page's List of Categories tab, so you can add categories there as well.
