Link Cache isn't comprehensive

Wiki links are not saved for stats in many forum areas. Right now only regular posts and project tools.

What about usernotes, blogs, visitor messages, social groups, announcements, etc?

I'm still not quite sure if usernotes are a variation on public or private messages. "Private" messages - PMs, infractions, and the like do not get cached.

Fixed for the next build. Hopefully they don't add too many more DMs in vB 4.0.
