+ icons in .vw-search-ctrl.vw-search-add are purple.

+ icons in .vw-search-ctrl.vw-search-add are purple in the default style and also in any custom style. This color is not used anywhere in the style because its not in the xenforo color palette. It should inherit a color from the xenforo color palette.

This has been changed from a bug report to a feature/change request:
- New Style Properties have been added for the wiki chooser's Select (+) buttons and De-Select (-) buttons
- The Style Property for the Select button defaults to one of the primary colors in the palette.
- Note that it is not always possible to choose a color from the Color Palette, for semantic reasons and problems in dark styles. Because of this, the De-Select property does not inherit from the palette at all.

This change is effectual in the next release.
