Go button should be callToAction button

On various pages including the page /wiki/?title=Special:Contributions there is a 'Go' button.
This should be a callToAction button. 'Search' would be the best title in this case.

Interesting enough it is a callToAction button on some pages but not others.

This is not a callToAction button on any Special pages. callToAction can only be applied to regular links that look like buttons. It cannot apply to the submit button for a form.

However, not all Special pages were inheriting the correct styling for form submit buttons. This has been fixed in the next release.
