When adding a comment, article display includes comments underneath

When adding a comment, article display includes comments underneath

When adding a comment, article display includes comments underneath on the page that is shown after the comment has been posted. The comments do not disappear when switching between article and discussion.

Bug present in 2.2.2, just upgraded to 2.2.3 pl1, bug still exists.

How to reproduce:

View article, click on comment, enter comment and post. You will see the page with all comments.

Now click on article. Article will be shown, but comments are still visible.

Cannot reproduce this here. Odds are that one of the templates need to be reverted or another script on your site is causing the error. Please check a Javascript error console for a specific error.

I am trying this with the default templates. Get no javascript error. Problem is that when the comment is posted and all comments (including the new one) are visible, once you click the article tab, the comments are not hidden. The article is hidden once you click on the discussion tab again. When then clicking on article again, all comments remain visible.

Do you have a wiki article I can test this on on your site ?

If you want I can give you access to the forum so you can see it. Please let me know how to transmit the sensitive data to you then.

Fixed for the next build.

This happens because of $spacer_open and $spacer_close. In your vault_discussion_main template, find the first $spacer_close and remove. Find the last $spacer_open and remove.
