Xenforo template CSS error since 4.0.18 upgrade

I've just upgraded Xenforo to 1.5.14 and VaultWiki to 4.0.18 b002. On some wiki pages the following error is now shown:
      Code:
CSS Error: PHP: <div class=baseHtml><h4>Template Errors: vw_block.css</h4><ol> <li><i>number_format() expects parameter 1 to be float, string given</i> in /path/to/xenforo/library/XenForo/Locale.php, line 720</li></ol></div>
It is not a typical error where a server log entry with a stack trace is created. The error shows the server path to Locale.php to anyone visiting Special:RecentChanges with debug enabled, but appears to show to only admins whith debug mode disabled.

EDIT: Now this error doesn't seem to be showing up. Perhaps it was caused by the front end cache I'm running (Core).

      I cannot reproduce this issue.

What is the value of AdminCP > Appearance > Styles & Templates > Style Properties > Building Blocks > Section Main > Padding > Top?

The padding for Section Main is not set - all padding fields are blank.

The error is confined to the wiki only since the identified template is specific to VaultWiki (vw_block.css). I've just edited this template by adding an extra hash to the BLOCKS css comment at line 1, and with XenForo's $config['debug'] set to false and then saving this template the error goes away. If I set $config['debug'] to true and save the template again, the error returns.

This is fixed in the next release. It was also possible for a similar situation to occur in the vw_area.css template.
