Error when deleting chapters from books

This happens when a chapter is deleted within a book.

It leaves behind a blank chapter, as well as a blank page on the Special:All Pages page in the wiki.

This is fixed in the next release. If this leaves a blank page in your wiki, then you are probably using debug mode. Please use AdminCP > Wiki > Maintenance > Rebuild Counters / Caches > Remove Corrupt Content to cleanup the half-deleted chapters.
