No Tabs?

If a user has permissions to create new threads in a wiki forum, but the user does not have permission to edit wiki articles in that forum, the "New Thread" button will appear in forumdisplay. However, there will not be any tabs on the resulting Edit page. Additionally, only the Article tab appears in the "no text" article view.

Fixed for the next build.
