Double quotation marks imported as apostrophe.

Please see bug report 301212 on my live site. In the screenshot you will see an example of a url that is between quotation marks on VW3 and imported as between apostrophe in VW4.

By default, XenForo's editor uses ' for BB-Code options instead of " which was the default in vBulletin. Judging by the presence of other BB-Code "corrections" that XenForo's editor likes to make, this probably occurred because the editor mode was toggled in XenForo, or the content was saved via the editor before comparing.

This is standard XenForo behavior.

The wiki was not saved. You can check this by looking at the history: /wiki/The-Rules?do=history
Its only possible to look at it by toggle, so thats probably the cause.
