Contributors not listed on wiki

After import from VW3 to VW4 some wikis do not have all contributors listed. Please see thread 300958 on my live site.
The list of revisions does seem to display all edits.

This is working as designed. The last-editor and the creator are extracted from the contributors list to prevent those names from appearing multiple times and wasting space. The last-editor and creator have more prominent positioning.
