      Server error log filling up

      Undefined variable is filling up the server error log. No big deal, just annoying

      Code:
      ErrorException: Undefined variable: width - vault/core/controller/asset/vw.php:769

      This error should only occur a maximum of 1 time per wiki attachment per size (depending if Retina/4K support is enabled, there may be 1-4 sizes).
      In vault/core/controller/asset/vw.php, find:
      Code:
      $this->asset['path'] = vw_Hard_Core::model('Attach')->get_path($this->page['attachfileid'], $width);
      Replace with:
      Code:
      $this->asset['path'] = vw_Hard_Core::model('Attach')->get_path($this->page['attachfileid'], $size[0]);

      Thanks. I've had to clear the log at least 20 times since we migrated. We do have a lot of attachments, though, so it makes sense that we'd be seeing thousands of these warnings.
