Issue: Sections should not have settings that do not apply to sections

When editing a section the following settings and fields are displayed:
- Title
- treat this page as
- Main Icon page

The purpose of this interface is to edit a specific section. There should not be any setting that applies to the main page but not to the section.
On small mobile screens (70% of my users) this takes up 65% of the height of the page.

This issue leads to confusion with my members. They try to use the wiki attachment upload function to add images to the section. Which is logical because the icon is the same.
