Attachment Browser opens new window

In Firefox the attachment browser sometimes opens up a new window. It happened several times that I had the attachment browse4r open in one tab while switching to another tab. When switching back to the attachment browser it opened a new window for the tab.
I am using FF50.0.2

I'm not sure how to reproduce this. I've tried the following steps on your site using Firefox 50.0.2:

Have the Edit tab open on a page. Have another browser tab that contains another website.
Click the golden picture frame icon to trigger the File Browser, but switch to the other browser tab before it can load.
After a few seconds, switch back to the tab that had the wiki editor open. The File Browser is now open, in the correct browser tab. No additional windows open automatically.

I was only able to get a new window to open while switching tabs if I "accidentally" fail to release the mouse button while switching and moving the mouse back into the tab. This triggers the tab onto a new window in Firefox no matter what site you are visiting. I'm going to assume this is what was happening, because I can't reproduce it any other way. In this case, it's not a bug, but the expected browser behavior.

No, its a case of switching between tabs and then hitting the cancel button. But it doesnt happen every time. Im not sure yet what the exact situation is.
