Deleted Comments Show no difference

Users that have permission to see deleted comments see no difference between deleted comments and normal comments.
This is a regression from VW3.

This will be fully fixed in the next release to increase the accuracy of this message, but for now, you can "fix" this with an edit to vault/core/view/factory/comment/xf.php. Find:

if ($this->comment['visible'] == 2)

Replace with:

if ($this->comment['visible'] > 1)
