Issue: Misalignment of version history

This has been adjusted on all the platforms where it makes sense (the display on vBulletin 3 is slightly different).

- The entire content of the History tab was indented even though it was supposed to be aligned with the title. This is now fixed in the next release.
- In styles supporting mobile devices (i.e. not vBulletin 4 default style or vBulletin 3):
--- The size of the radio buttons has been increased by 30%.
--- The clickable area (padding) for each radio button has been increased.
--- Both changes result in a significant increase in horizontal real estate for the radio buttons alone, which may be undesirable. I do not see a way to accommodate larger buttons without this trade-off.

However, the current revision is aligned differently because it has more weight and a larger border. In most cases, this has not been changed, but on devices below a certain width, that special alignment is responsively removed to save space.
