This happens because one or more of the search results is a wiki page with no revisions. This page is corrupt and should be deleted.

AdminCP > Wiki > Maintenance > Rebuild Counters / Caches > Rebuild URLs. The title for the corrupt page is missing, so its new URL will collide with the wiki index.
AdminCP > Wiki > Maintenance > URL Conflicts. Remove the conflicts with the wiki index.

Once this is done, you should not see these errors any more when using the sidebar search or assignment interfaces.
