CSS Template Not Pulling In for Custom Bbcodes

I'm using the BbCodes & Buttons Manager to create custom bbcodes for my site. When I use the template method, I sometimes also pull in a custom css template with my bbcode template. However, this css template does not appear to be used at all in the wiki, making my bbcodes appear unstyled. It works fine on the rest of the forum, however.

Okay, there is an important distinction here.

It works during the first view of the wiki page. However, the BB-Code output will not be styled whenever the wiki page reads from the cache.

Fixed this in the next release. Required CSS and JS will now be pulled when the wiki page or wiki comment that invoked it is read from the cache.
